Terms of use

Last updated 28 October 2026

Let's Get Drunk is a free party game. By playing it, you agree to these terms. They're short, and most of them come down to looking after each other.

Who can play

You must be 18 or older and old enough to drink legally where you are, which is 21 or older in some places. Don't play with anyone who isn't.

Play responsibly

The game is meant for sips, not shots, and it doesn't count how much anyone drinks. Anyone can skip any card or swap any drink for water, at any time, and no one should be pushed to drink, answer or do anything.

Know your limits, eat something, and keep water on the table. Sort out a safe way home before you start, and never drink and drive. Don't drink if you're pregnant, on medication that doesn't mix with alcohol, or have been told not to. If someone needs help, call your local emergency number.

Dares and challenges

Use common sense. Skip anything that's unsafe, against the law or that someone isn't comfortable with. Nobody has to touch anyone, share anything or do anything they don't want to, and nobody should be filmed, photographed or posted about without saying yes first.

Your house cards

You're responsible for the cards you write and the links you share. Don't write cards that harass, threaten or reveal private things about anyone.

The game is provided as is

The game is free and offered as it is, with no promise that it will always be available or free of mistakes. You decide what you and your group do while playing. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for anything that happens as a result, including what anyone drinks or does.

The cards and the game

The game, its cards and its design belong to Let's Get Drunk. Play it, share the link and share your recaps as much as you like, but don't copy the decks or the app into another product.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Playing after that means you accept them.
